Delete your account and data

You decide what Nyra keeps.

Option 1: erase chats and memory (in the app, instantly)

1. Open Nyra and sign in.
2. On the home screen, tap the … menu.
3. Choose Forget my chats & memory and confirm.

This permanently deletes everything your companions remember about you and all saved conversations.

Option 2: delete your whole account (in the app)

1. Open Nyra and sign in.
2. Tap the … menu and choose Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account, chats and memory are deleted straight away.

Option 3: ask us to delete it (if you can't open the app)

1. Email support@sharewithnyra.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". If you signed in with Google, a phone number or as a guest, include that and the email or phone number you used.
2. We'll confirm it's you, then delete your account.
3. We finish within 30 days and tell you when it's done.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in details, conversations, memory, age and consent record, usage counts, and diagnostic data linked to you.	Purchase and tax records we must keep by law, and anonymized data that can't identify you. Google Play and the App Store keep their own billing records.

Cancel your subscription too

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings so you aren't charged again.
