Terms of Service

Effective October 8, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and ShareSpace LLC ("we", "us") for the Nyra app and sharewithnyra.com.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Nyra you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Nyra.

2. Who can use Nyra

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18 you may use Nyra only with the agreement of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for your use. You must give truthful information, keep your sign-in details private, and be responsible for activity on your account.

3. What Nyra is, and is not

• Nyra's companions are artificial intelligence. They are characters, not real people, and they can make mistakes or say things that are wrong, incomplete or out of date.
• Nyra is for conversation, learning, practice and everyday support. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional.
• Nyra can't call emergency services. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency number or a trusted adult immediately.
• Check anything important before you rely on it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, or use Nyra to harm, harass, threaten, exploit or impersonate anyone;
• create, request or share sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes children, or engage in romantic or sexual roleplay with companions;
• ask for help with self-harm methods, violence, weapons, or other dangerous or illegal activity;
• try to bypass limits, safety features, age or payment checks, or the security of the service;
• copy, reverse engineer, scrape or resell the service, or use it to build a competing AI product;
• upload malware or interfere with the service or other users.

We may refuse requests, limit features, or suspend or end accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content

You own what you write and say. You give us a limited licence to process it, including sending it to our service providers, only to run Nyra for you, keep it safe, and as described in the Privacy Policy. Don't share anything you don't have the right to share.

6. Free and Premium plans

• Nyra has a free plan with daily limits and paid Nyra Premium subscriptions (weekly and monthly) with higher limits and video calls. Current features, limits and prices are shown in the app and on our pricing section. We may change them with notice.
• Billing. Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are charged to that account. Prices vary by country and include local taxes where applicable.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings. If you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their policies.
• Video call time and daily limits are allowances, not guarantees of unlimited use, and unused allowances do not carry over.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Nyra available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features, companions or languages at any time.

8. Intellectual property

Nyra, its companions, characters, design, and software belong to ShareSpace LLC or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial use under these terms.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Nyra and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to for safety, legal or security reasons.

10. Disclaimers

Nyra is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including that Nyra will be accurate, reliable, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits any rights you have under law that can't be waived.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ShareSpace LLC and its owners, employees and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of Nyra. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShareSpace LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to rely on the law of the place where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app. Using Nyra after a change means you accept it.
